Aitana Beltran
Owner and lead designer
Draws every house we build and answers for the work. Holds the dwelling contractor credential on our credentials page.
About
Aitana Beltran trained as a designer and took the contractor's credential so that one person could answer for both. The crew is small on purpose: each person on the team is someone you will meet, and each house has one project lead.
The off-season schedule isn't a trick of the calendar. A lake house is for summer, and the work should be done by the time you get there.

The crew
A small team: two designers, a site superintendent, a few carpenters and an office lead. These are the people who will be at your house.

Owner and lead designer
Draws every house we build and answers for the work. Holds the dwelling contractor credential on our credentials page.
Site superintendent
In the house every working day of the build, and the person you meet on your weekends.
Design coordinator
Keeps the schedule, the orders and the permit list, and tells you what is due next.
Lead carpenter
Runs the finish crew: millwork, stairs, porches and the details people photograph.
How we work
A price follows finished drawings, not a conversation.
Each house has a named lead, and you have their number.
A short update every week, and a walk when you're up.
Build windows
Design takes the summer, and windows and cabinetry take months to arrive. The first conversation is the earliest part of the schedule.
