Contractor credential
- Dwelling Contractor Qualifier
  WI Cert. # 000000 · Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services
  A Wisconsin credential for contractors who build and remodel dwellings. The owner confirms the class.
- Lead-Safe Certified Firm (RRP)
  US Cert. # 000000 · U.S. Environmental Protection Agency
  Certified to work on homes built before 1978 with lead-safe methods.
Insurance
- General liability and workers' compensation
  Certificates go to you before work starts.

Warranty

What happens if something fails

Written terms
The build agreement says what is covered, for how long and what isn't. You get it before you sign.
Walk-through visit
We come back after you've lived in the house to look at what settled or shifted.
How to reach us
Call the office or text. The project lead returns the call.

Build windows

Design takes the summer, and windows and cabinetry take months to arrive. The first conversation is the earliest part of the schedule.
